1. Pricing Structure:
- Setup Fee: ₹10 (One-time, Non-refundable, charged at signup)
- Subscription: ₹499/month (Auto-debit via payment gateway)
2. Billing Timeline:
- Day 0: ₹10 charged
- Day 7: First ₹499 auto-debit attempted
- Every 30 days: ₹499 recurring
3. Cancellation Rules:
- How to Cancel: Login > My Account > Cancel Subscription
- Within 7 Days: If cancelled before Day 7, ₹499 will NOT be charged
- After ₹499 Charged: No refund for current month. Access till cycle ends
4. Refund Policy:
- ₹10 Setup Fee: No refund under any circumstances
- ₹499 Monthly Fee: No refund once payment successful
- Failed Transactions: Auto-debit will retry. Service suspended if payment fails
5. Refund Process: If approved, 7-10 working days to original payment method
